Commercial Installations:

127 High Road Loughton

A 3 story office block consisting of 12 offices. Each office has floating fluorescents luminaries, sockets, Data outlets and telephone outlets.

Each corridor is controlled by Motion detectors (PIR) which in turn, are controlled via time clocks, so they can be activated at certain times.

A door entry system which can be controlled via the internet.

Fire alarm throughout the building, including door magnets.

Outside up lighting, lighting up the front of the building.

Express By Holiday Inn, Watford (Subcontracted)

This Project was over a period of 7 months and housed 105 rooms and a bar buffet area with restaurant.

The installation involved 3 phase Armoured (SWA)  cable, T&E, fire alarm cable (FP200), Low voltage telephone cable and screened.

All cables were installed using 300x300mm Trunking and tray.

Masons Too Restaurant, Chelmsford

Due to fire damage at the restaurant. The premises had to be refurbished. This involved installing new cables to replace the damaged cables.

New circuits were also added to modernise the premises. And the living accommodation was totally rewired.

Cat 5 cables were installed for the new position of the tills.

Also A new fire alarm system was installed throughout the building.

OC Exam Assessments, Duxford (subcontracted)

Installation at the above address. Included Trunking for LV cables, tray & Basket for ELV cables. 3 Phase wiring of distribution boards located around the premises. And 3 Phase armoured cables (SWA) installed to feed various units.

All of the above works was at height and needed to be carried out, by our trained operatives. using scissor lifts.

Stiltland Joinery, Hurricane Way, Wickford

The above address Had part of the building turned into offices. To modernise the offices, the corridors were given an outside street effect.

Street type lamps were installed and PAR feature lights to illuminate the decorated plants.

The centres café was also modernised using GU10 down lights placed to give maximum LUX and maximum Feature.
